My documents are disappearing and I can't find them in the tree on the left. The direct links still seem to work, from my browser history, but there is no way to navigate to them in the sidebar. Can you just give me a directory view please, instead of separating everything into "Today" and "Yesterday". Older stuff is just invisible? It doesn't even come up in search!

I'd love to be able to increase the linespacing while using the app, but not to affect exporting settings, so that as a dyslexic writer I can read my text more effectively.

My setting is for "English", but when clicked for corrections - the suggestion is in another language - Spanish I think.

Lists in the Chat Input field are rendered (which is nice), but Shift+Enter creates a newline in the same point and Enter sends the message. So there is no way to use lists in the user input field anymore (which is sad)

Please fix the connection to Gemini 2.5 Pro. I've never had Gemini malfunction outside of Lex. It's the most powerful model I know, and not having it reliably in Lex is a shame.

Add ability to archive a document from within the document

Hi! Did we lose the formatting menu that used to appear up top when we selected text? It was really handy for lots of things. Now, when I select text, I get the word count, not the formatting options.

When using the 'edit' feature on selection of a portion of text it would be great that the prompt assumes the edit relates to the selected text without having to specify this explicitly in the prompt.

So when I send in feedback there's a little pop-up that says thanks so much we'll get back to you soon. And when you press the X button you can't get rid of it so I'm trying to access a couple buttons behind this pop-up and it's not going away. It seems like the only way to get rid of it is to refresh the whole page.

I would love the main three iA Writer fonts in here. I think it's Duo, Mono, and Quattro. They just feel right. I see them used in lots of apps. I think they're open source or like Creative Commons license maybe.

The toggle in settings to keep the formatting menu open doesn't do anything. The formatting bar doesn't even show up on the screen. The top of the document shifts down a little bit to almost suggest that there might be a bar there but it's not visible on the screen.

Lately, when I get the box that says, "There was an issue connecting to our Al provider. Please try again later." (which is happening very often when using Gemini 2.5 Pro), there's no amount of clicking that will close that box. It stays open until I reload the page.

I keep getting an error that Lex cannot connect to the AI provider.

Lex constantly keep crashing these days, both on my Mac and Window PC. That's weird and uncomfortable for a writting tool. Fix it asap.

We need to be able to delete chats entirely and specific chats. The chat pop out gets way to long and then become unusable.

Not sure if this is a change in the model/prompts or what have you, but it seems as of a recent update that Lex is constantly trying to steer me towards a conclusion, especially on longer pieces. I'll hit +++ and more often than not it will immediately add a 'Conclusion' subheading and summarize everything above. I very very rarely want that!
