Not sure if this is a change in the model/prompts or what have you, but it seems as of a recent update that Lex is constantly trying to steer me towards a conclusion, especially on longer pieces. I'll hit +++ and more often than not it will immediately add a 'Conclusion' subheading and summarize everything above. I very very rarely want that!
