This is one we definitely want to add but can't promise timelines just yet, got some big bits in the pipeline but once they're out I can see us adding a feature like this.

This is a must. Transcription is now widespread and inexpensive and has become a general expectation. ChatGPT integration without transcription makes little sense.

Love the idea Johannes, one we'd like to work on just haven't prioritised yet. Merging into the bigger thread here so we can update when there's something to share.

VOICE input. Base it on OpenAI's Whisper. Me just speaking my thoughts into this would GOLD (from a mobile app).

So from the YouTube chat gpt 4o seems so cool the fact that you can just talk to it in real time and you can even ask it to see the document and it's will talk to you in real time sound so great, although yeah I do my research from the open ai website the Api is still only the text and visions only. But I wonder when it's released can you put it in the lex the voice like real time talking and also maybe the visions too it's actually sound like better assistant than ask lex chat if you don't want to type every time.
I mean I still want to have the ask lex chat but having the choices to just talk to it real time while its can also analyze my documents sound so great.

A voice typing / dictating function like on Google Docs (preferably also for mobile devices) would be great, but I understand that this might now be a priority. While I really enjoy the clean, distraction-free interface, in addition to bold, italics etc., a highlighting function might be useful during the drafting stage.
