Fix Formatting Menu width

For free users the toolbar width can't hold all the items you put inside of it. That Upgrade button pushes the "Commands" item out of the toolbar, looks broken.

Sorry about this Slava, we've got a change planned to mitigate this just haven't quite shipped it yet. Thanks for the heads up though and apologies for the frustration in the meantime!

In the meantime Slava I recommend turning on "Keep formatting menu open" which should fix this in the short-term.
