When GPT3 fails offer the option to cancel the job and resubmit.

Writing '+++' in the title bar causes an error ('There was an issue with GPT-3'). Also, old title suggestions remain after having changed the text completely

I've noticed two random typos and there as many times when the system seems to been buffering or there is a message about a GP3 issue. There have also been times when random junk type has appeared along with creepy messages like someone is asking me a question.
