My chief concern is that Lex has grown slower and slower and shuts down. Now its to the point that I cant even use it. Is there a way to reinstall it?

Sorry about this John, not intentional if so. As Nathan says, we try to keep on top of things but have a lot of inbound, if you can confirm where the messages were sent we'll look into this as a priority!
