It would be more suitable for ctrl+a to select text at a paragraph level and if required again press ctrl=a to select all text. I can easily select a paragraph using paragraph level selection and perform various action

I like the idea Mustafa. That's quite a bit change though, so we'd need to think it through, but will keep this one in mind!
