When I import a markdown file, all the umlauts and similar characters disappear. This makes the feature useless, as I would have to add all the missing characters by hand. Until this issue is resolved, I'm afraid I won't be able to use the application.

Sorry about this Max! The document upload feature is very early and rudimentary currently, we plan to improve it but for now it's quite basic unfortunately.

Please do let us know when you see strange behaviour though, it helps us prioritise as there's only so much our small team can do, and some big features in the pipeline we think you'll love,
