Hey Mads! Totally agree, we've got a couple good ways to do this already.

* Using markdown (e.g. "# Heading 1" / "## Heading 2")

* Using cmd+k (or ctrl+k on windows) and typing "h1" or "heading 2" or "hea2" (its a fuzzy matcher)).

Let me know if there's a specific shortcut you were hoping to use with Google Docs though, people have muscle memory so we maybe we should consider adding the same if so.
