Sorry to hear this Lisa. Have you tried changing models? When one provider is struggling another should hopefully provide a better experience.

I've got some work in progress that should help highlight issues with providers to flag this so you can switch to another option in the meantime, but in the meantime you'll need to manually switch models if one isn't performing as expected.
