Sorry about the frustration Lisa! This is a new feature so will have some rough edges we need to iron out.

There's no way to turn this off currently, but we plan to improve this so hopefully it won't get in your way and will be better than before. Is there anything specific you're seeing that's frustrating?

Fred Rivett It bothers me a little, it seems like it has even affected the way I used to be answered before. I don’t know if it’s just on my computer/cellphone, but now, with this update, there are bugs like getting kicked out of Ask Lex, cutting texts in the middle, or answering something mixing English and Portuguese

(I wanted to add that I even changed devices and the bugs continue)

Oh dear that's not good, sorry to hear this Lisa. Another user reported seeing Ask Lex crash, so we're looking into this as a priority. Apologies in the meantime as we nail down what the issue is and get a fix out.
