Hey Shavin, if you delete a file it goes to your "Recently Deleted" section at the bottom of your doc list homepage, is that what you're looking for?

Fred Rivett Hey Fred, this is a funny story: I was presenting some docs at work and some of my personal documents were in there too and my colleagues called it out (slightly embarrassing).
What I mean by archive is a place where it doesn't show up on my list and also doesn't show up when adding context on ask lex.
I basically don't want those documents gone. So, deleting feels a little permanent.

Shavin Ahh makes sense haha. Interesting use case. Basically want a "private" option. I guess one way we could do this is to allow folders to be hidden from context in Ask Lex, and somehow hidden from your doc list. Not entirely sure though, and being 100% honest this probably isn't a top priority for us right now unless we see a wider need / a nice elegant solution that would bring enough value overall.
Happy to keep thinking on it though, and open to ideas if you have any!

Fred Rivett No worries at all! Just thought I'd add it in as a suggestion. My workaround was to rename the docs so it's a good enough solution for now. Maybe I'll export the doc and just delete it off lex.

Shavin Yeah or even putting it in a folder that’s named something boring should make it pretty hard to show up I’d have thought
